EXPOBEE MANAGEMENT TEAM | | Ady Meretz - Chief Executive Officer Mr. Ady Meretz brings to ExpoBee more than 20 years experience in IT and technology companies, in which he has served in a variety of R&D, Sales and Marketing and management positions. From February 2001 through mid 2009, Mr. Meretz served as President of Verint Systems (NASDAQ: VRNT) in Asia Pacific. Based in Hong Kong, he managed the company’s Video Security Intelligence business line, as well as its Contact center and workforce optimization business lines across all of Asia. Mr. Meretz was responsible for all the sales and operations in the region including direct and channel sales for business development, field marketing, professional services, training, customer care, support, and local R&D resources. He was in charge of hundreds of employees in APAC. During his tenure at Verint, the company grew significantly throughout the culturally diverse APAC region, resulting in major organic growth combined with M&As. Prior to joining the Verint team, Mr. Meretz was Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Tech Time, a publicly-held designer, manufacturer, and distributor of frequency components for the telecommunication industry and associated markets. Mr. Meretz holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Technion in Haifa and an M.B.A. from Bar Ilan University in Tel Aviv, Israel. |  | | Geri Katz - Chief Operating Officer Mr. Katz has over 16 years of high-level management experience in a variety of communications equipment vendor and technology companies. Prior to joining ExpoBee Inc., Mr. Katz served as the Chief Executive Officer of MainNet Communications, a leading provider of broadband powerline (BPL/PLC) systems and solutions, enabling Intelligent Broadband Access and Smart Grid applications over any electrical network. In a previous position he served as the Chief Financial Officer of PowerDsine (NASDAQ: PDSN) later acquired by Microsemi (NASDAQ: MSCC), where he played a key role in the identification and exploitation of the business opportunities created by the Power-over-Ethernet technology. Mr. Katz ultimately led the company to a successful initial public offering of its shares, enabling it to raise some $79 million. Earlier in his career he served as the Accounts Department Manager at Telrad Telecommunications. Prior to this, he held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Robomatix Technologies. |  | | David Margalit - VP Technology & Integration Mr. Margalit previously served as the Director of Operations at Amdocs (NYSE:DOX), where he was in charge of coordinating business in North America and business in Pune, India (ABSI), which involved handling accounts such as AT&T in North America. In a previous position at Amdocs he served as the Integration & Implementation Director for building the system integration infrastructure of Amdocs. From 2000 to 2003, Mr. Margalit served as the Strategic Outsourcing Engagement Leader at IBM Global Services, where he managed the mega-deal engagement of outsourcing within IBM Global Services after IBM had acquired PWC Consulting worldwide. At PWC Consulting he served as the Managing Director responsible for the Information Technology Solutions practice. Additional career highlights include serving as the Regional Chief Architect for Partner Communications from 1998 to 2000, a Comverse Project Manager in Australia and New Zealand, and the Regional Project Manager for Digital Equipment Corporation from 1984 to 1997. |  | | Motti Kleinmann - VP Product Management Mr. Kleinmann has over 15 years experience leading business strategy, managing sales, marketing and operations for high-tech companies in the fields of software, media and network infrastructure, and possesses vast international experience in selling technology solutions to end-users , resellers and distributors. From 1997 to 2004, he served as the CEO of RiT Technologies (NASDAQ: RITT) in the USA, where he directed the company’s Enterprise Network business line, supporting many large multinational enterprises. In a previous position he served as the VP International Marketing for YCD Multimedia - a multinational vendor, developing digital media solutions for in-store advertising and enhanced customer experiences. |  | | Avishay Blankitny - Founder Having lived in Shanghai since 1995, Mr. Blankitny served as the Managing Director of China, Hong-Kong & Taiwan of Mercury Interactive that was sold to HP for US$ 4.5 B in 2005. Mr. Blankitny’s ongoing relationship with China dates all the way back to 1980. His extensive engineering and business experience over more than 30 years, combined with his unique business ties with the Chinese government, provide him with a distinct advantage for promoting business interests in China. As the founder of the Company, Mr. Blankitny served as the first Chairman of the Company from 2006 to 2009. Mr. Blankitny also served as a Senior Vice President of Business Development and Government Relationship of the Company from 2006 until he left the Company in May 2011. |
